Secure Storage
Data primarily stored in Microsoft 365 tenant in Australia. Some processing in Asia Pacific region. Reasonable safeguards for overseas transfers.
Retention & Destruction
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements. Financial records and client files are retained for at least seven (7) years. When no longer required, we destroy or de-identify information unless required by law to retain it.
